Barbecue Fish Tikka
Fish is anyways considered to be a lump of soft meat and cooks within minutes, even on a gas hob. However, the point here is to get the BBQ smoky flavour
Ingredients
- Boneless Fish
- 600 gms Yogurt
- 200 gms red chili powder
- ¼ tsp Garam masala
- ½ tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 Cloves
- ½ inch Ginger
- A pinch of Chaat masala
Method
- Wash and clean the fish and cut them into cubes
- Apply salt, red pepper, and lemon juice and keep aside
- Add other ingredients to yogurt and mix well
- Add the fish and let it marinate for about 4-5 hours before your party time

Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients
- 8 Large Chicken pieces with skin (preferably Chicken breast)
- Oil as required
- 4 tsp red chili paste
- 3 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
- 2 tsp Chaat masala
- 1 1/2 tsp Tandoori masala
- 3 tbsp Curd
- Salt as required
- 1/2 Lemon
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 1 tbsp Black peppercorns
- 5 Green cardamom
- 3 Brown cardamom
- 2 tsp Coriander seeds
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 3 Cloves
- 1 Bay leaf
- 3/4 tsp Turmeric
Method
- Take a bowl and add ginger and garlic paste, red chili paste, chaat masala, tandoori masala, oil, curd, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well
- Apply this marinade on the chicken pieces, over the skin, and underneath it
- Make minor cuts through the meat in the chicken pieces for the marinade to coat it nicely
- Marinate the chicken pieces for 30 minutes
- Place this marinated chicken over your Hafele's Barbeque

Ingredients
- 500 gm paneer-cubed
- 1 Tbsp magaz (melon seed)
- 1 cup Kaju (cashew nut)
- 1 Tbsp khus Khus (poppy seed)-soaked for 1 hour
- 1 cup cream
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp powdered black pepper
- 5-6 green cardamoms
- Salt as required
Method
- Grind together the magaz, Kaju, khus khus, pepper, and cardamom into a smooth paste
- Mix with the rest of the ingredients and marinate for an hour
