Prepare Mango Recipes with Hafele's Diamond Baking Appliance!

As the refreshing breath of fresh air in the Spring fades away, the hot Summer season comes knocking on our door. We all know what the hot season brings; it's the king of fruits- Mangoes.

If we were to imagine the Summer season without mangoes, firstly, we wouldn't be able to do it, and even if we did, we would shed a tear every time we thought about it. Isn't this true? Hence, the Summer season calls for a Mango fiesta that everyone longs for throughout the year.

Yearning to be picked from its branches, these mangoes come in all shapes and sizes, with varied colours and flavours. The pulpy mangoes are a sign of joy in the scorching heat, and they make the Summer season and its struggles worth it.

Baked Mango Cheesecake


Who can ever say no to this thing of beauty we call a cheesecake? 

Ingredients-

Biscuit base-

  • 12 Marie Gold biscuits
  • 1/3cup/ 50g Butter

For the batter-

  • 200g/ 1cup Chenna/ Paneer/ Cream Cheese
  • 50g/1/4cup Yogurt/ Dahi
  • 30g/ 3 tablespoon Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 10g/ 1 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 150g/ 1/2cup Condensed Milk

*if you’re using cream cheese, there’s no need to add salt.

Mango Purée-

  • 8-10 slices of Mango
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar

Method-

  • Mix your biscuit base ingredients, and line your base.
  • Let it chill in the fridge till your batter is ready.
  • Whip together chenna, salt, water, dahi and lemon juice in your Hafele Klara Kitchen Machine till it’s completely smooth.
  • Add in all your other ingredients and whisk it well.
  • Pour this over the chilled biscuit base.
  • Pour hot water into the baking tray.
  • Bake in your preheated Hafele Diamond 77 Microwave Oven at 150*C for 45-50mins.
  • Let it cool completely and demould.
  • Blitz together all the ingredients for the mango Puree in your Hafele Klara Kitchen Machine and cook for 2 mins till it comes to a boil.
  • Spread this over the cooled cheesecake.
  • Garnish with Mango slices and mint leaves.

Baked Mango Yogurt / pudding


The sound of this dessert would make your taste buds impatient for a single bite of this Yogurt.

Ingredients-

  • Double cream-1 cup
  • Greek yogurt-1 cup
  • Condensed milk-1 cup
  • Mango puree-1 cup
  • Cardamom powder-1 teaspoon

Method-

  • Preheat your Hafele Diamond Oven to 180°C
  • In your Klara mixing bowl, add all the above ingredients, and with the attached whisk, mix it well, ensuring there are no lumps.
  • Divide the mixture equally into the ovenproof bowls/ramekins.
  • Take a baking tray and fill it with water halfway, and then place the bowls into the water.
  • Place the tray in the middle rack of the Hafele Diamond 77 Microwave Oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until it is set.
  • Once it is baked, carefully remove the bowls from the water and allow it to cool completely, then serve.
