Our combi steam ovens have a unique steam generation system that creates nothing more than pure steam. This is possible thanks to the flow meter, which ensures that the correct amount of water is used, and the separator, where the pure steam and condensed water are separated. Condensed steam falls to the bottom of the oven where it is heated and becomes new steam. This ensures that your food just gets steamed and not boiled

With the Combi steam functions the steam is sprayed into the oven cavity at regular intervals. Using a combination of steam and convection is a good way to improve heat transfer while also browning the food. Steam makes the heating more efficient and prevents dehydration of the food, providing more succulent foods.

Large Water Tank

The 1.2 litre capacity water tank provides maximum utility of steam for cooking. When cooking is complete, any water remaining in the steam system is automatically pumped back into the tank, which can then be removed and refilled, ready for the next oven use. Additional features include customisable water hardness settings to ensure ASKO steam ovens are efficient and long lasting appliances.

Energy-efficient Heating And Cooling

After selecting your chosen recipe or cooking program the oven is ready for action. The oven door, heating elements and cooling fan are all intelligently linked. If the door is opened while the oven is in use, the heating and fan are deactivated. Once the oven door is closed, the heating and fan automatically recommence. A cooling fan provides extended operation to cool the oven once cooking is complete.

Auto Programs

Auto Programs are the simplest cooking method of all. The interactive photos will guide you through the menu system. After doing this, all that remains is to select the weight and browning level and the oven does the rest. Our oven programming was devised by chefs and nutritional experts to give you the best result.
