This ACETECH 2019, Hefele had Melbourne-based chef, Paul Mounsey host a series of Masterclass during the stint of the exhibition. Chef’s sessions were both functional & training based on how to operate the ASKO ovens yet focusing on healthy cooking. His session was attended by famous Indian Celebrity Chefs such as Chef Vicky Ratnani, Chef Ajay Chopra, Chef Karishma Sakhrani as well as the Food Critic Kunal Vijaykar. In fact, in his session Chef Ajay Chopra even shared some of the insights on Indian delicacies that could be also made using Hafele’s ASKO Combi Oven.
